Hello all, I'm new here. (Well, registered, at least. I've poked my head in from time to time over the passed few months as I've made my way through Metastasis...)
I read through the faqs and intro posts and such, search for "transmission" and only picked up 4 or 5 posts...is there an archive of the transmission logs anywhere? I just finished M:M tonight, but missed the last few transmissions as I was busy not dying. ;)

Simple. Simply open your folder [Steam]/SteamApps/SourceMods/Metastasis/Scripts and open the file titles.txt. All dialog is stored within that file. (Or rather Monolouge)
