The final battle seemed somewhat easy compared to what had come before. The main problem was that the gunship actually ends up saving the player from the zombies. For example: a zombie is charging down the beach but before it can reach you it is killed by the gunship, leaving you free to fire rockets at your protector.
To solve this you might consider setting the relationship between the gunship and the zombies at a priority of 60 and the between the gunship and player at 99. Under these conditions the gunship will prefer to attack the player unless he cannot be found, in which case it will go for the zombies.
Perhaps this is already the case, but it did not seem that way while playing.
