I downloaded the latest version of Metastasis from twice. File size is 155,551,931 bytes. When I try to execute the file, it opens a DOS box window for a short moment, and fails to run the installer. When I run the exe from the DOS prompt I get this error: I:\temp>metastasis_patched.exe Program too big to fit in memory What is going on here? I checked the FAQ step-by-step, I have HL2 and EP1, both work, the SourceMods folder is clean etc... I played an earlier version of the Mod (about a year or so ago)... and back then it worked. Hope someone can help here. BTW: I am running Windows XP Pro, SP1, with 2 GB Ram. Thanx. AEon |
