So I'm playing the new 'all 4 episodes in one' download now, after never having beat Ep 2...I guess I must be missing something, but the environment is HUGE...it's when you're told to get to the control room in order to stop the work on the headcrabs. I see a forcefield with a electric plug behind it, but of course with no grav gun I can't reach it...I've explored the whole area that past the steel battering ram and don't see what to do...PLEASE help??

Everything you get stuck the keyword is 'Grenade?'. Yes, Adam is clever!

As a matter of fact, you DON'T need a grenade there. A single bullet was good enough to do the trick. Every time you see something electrical, start looking for wires/switches/buttons to manipulate. Either by destroying or by using your dear E key.

Thanks guys, I thought it was all behind the force field, but I'll go look again. I sure hope that Adam has a cooshy job at valve by now....

Well it's better than most jobs I can imagine, the only problem is if you do Game Development for a living, you'd have to get yourself another hobby.

Hobby, yes, but having all those developers around might make certain side projects easier. I'm just content to wait and see what fiendish tricks he brings to the table at Valve...

I'm stuck here too but I don't understand your posts.
What do you do to pull the plug behind the forcefield?
