I'm back to the hallway that took all my weapons in the previous level. I'm now in the base blown apart level (4) ... I've gotten health and ammo...climbed into the elevator... gone up... got stuck, got out... crawled through ductwork, and out of that... up... fight a few head crabs again ... and one zombine.
Then you get to the area where your weapons were taken away. Facing that hallway, to the right... there's a room full of health and ammo.
The near end of the hallway is open. The far end is blocked. I can't see how to move that blockage. I've been back an forth on the map that I can run around a few dozen times. There's a ledge with a railing that is halfway down another hall, but I can't see any way of getting up there.
Hints?

I think I just managed to hit the walkway while trying to shoot zombies, which meant I got really stuck on my second run through ("shouldn't there be a way there?").
