MINERVA - read-only archives

Hello, I've followed all of the steps for installing in the stickey above and I'm still having problems with Minerva. For some reason I can't save my game. I'll save, the game will say "Saving..." and then when I go to load there are no save files. I've even gone as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the mod. Can anyone give me a hand?

Hmm, you've checked that saving is working ok for HL2 and other mods?

Yes, it's working fine in HL2 and Episode 1.
