For those of you that don't have faith in Bungie and their stories:
"Tut tut tut"
The Marathon series is one of the great old time sci-fi shooters. I only wish i had a mac when i was younger so i could play it (Instead i was stuck with a PC and Doom, those dastards). I can guarantee that Marathon had played a rather large part in the forming of our dear Minerva.
The presence of the Marathon logo in the Halo series is merely Bungie giving a nod to their old baby. Theres a rather large belief that Master Chief is in fact the main character from Marathon and the 2 stories are linked. Theres even speculation that then next Bungie Halo installment will be a re-make of Marathon.
Anyway, I'm ranting, I'm terrible at forming points in threads so apologies.
