No, because they're so damned tiny that you basically can't see them until they're too late. If you can detect it, you've pretty much only got seconds to live...

I'm not particularly paranoid about this, anyway. I figure the risk is probably worth it for the Science and Cool Guns you can get out of it. There's far better things to be worried about, really.

Why not browse this exciting compilation of the top ten ways we can all perish?

Apparently the likelihood of microscopic Black Holes devouring the Earth is quite remote and sadly so is the prospect of being devoured by Strangelets, which frankly sounds rather interesting, oh well.

Yes, that is correct, but my mistake isn't nearly as humorous as his...and even though he's fixed it now, it's been quoted 4-5 times before he did...
