I honestly can't say I truly believe the countdown to be to the release of Depth Charge. That would be too much to ask for and I'd rather be pleasantly suprised than dissapointed.
I take the Master at his word that it will be the end of the forum here. I don't think that's really in debate. However, that option does not preclude our wishes becoming true.

We are all drooling at the gates waiting for them to open so we can get a taste of "depthcharge"

You forgot to have the poll vote for "other." I won't vote for any of those options.

Oops. Sorry about that...never actually set up a poll in a forum before, but thought it might get some fresh discussion going. So if you would like to choose "other", what is your other option? I'd love to hear it.

Why am I the only one who voted for the end of the world?
Can't you guys/gals read? It says
Quote: MINERVA An imminent apocalypse should concentrate the mind wonderfully!
on the top. You aren't blind, are you?
Maybe the holy message only appears to the truly faithful?

I would have thought by now you'd have learnt NOT to take Her words at face value? Too literal, you are, by far, by far. Too literal, you are, dear Naurgul.

Being not literal at something that is not literal as well. This is how I ended up being literal.
In fact, it says "Time until forum deletion:" right next to the counter, which means that anyone who voted for "forum deletion" is too literal as well. In addition, the ones who voted for the release of the third chapter are not quite literal enough, in my opinion... :P
Also, as far as hl2 speculation is concerned, you can take a look here.
As for Minerva, I'll try to put some thoughts together later...

Did you post the info (perhaps in part) at that link once before either here or in the old forum? I had a real feeling of deja vu when I read the stuff there.

Yes, of course... I even mentioned that...
And I also named my previous post "Loan of a Loanword"
Read the blue letters and follow the links... it'll lead you back here...

I was pretty sure I had read at least some of that before. At least now I know I'm not just crazy. :)
Or am I for being part of this forum and an acolyte of Minerva? :)
