As per unspoken suggestion on the , here is the thread where you can post links and discrete previews of diseased urban zones, post-industrial landscapes littered with rusty derelicts from a glorious past and other dead or dying zones.

Nice! Good pics, though your town's tourism board may object to your choice of subject matter.

I wish I had a digital camera :( also...I wish the area i was thinking of photographing wasn't so hostile towards people of the Caucasian persuasion.

Oh deary me, and here I am without nary a relevant photo on my hard drive or link in my browser. Suppose I'll have to delve into my thousands of stock images instead. Concept art and the like, dontchaknow.
