For that is what it is.
Two forums have been created today that I have joined. I do not join many forums at all - in fact, I am highly selective - and yet it has come to pass that two of my fascinations, two subjects which is praise and worship, have seen fit to include the plebians in their chorus.
The first was , of my favourite graphic artist. Merekat (Kristen Perry) is a woman I truly admire. Several of her prints adorne the walls of my house and I was honoured to recieve them in a personalised poster-container with a lovely (if daft) image of a grinning merekat.
The second was, of course, this very forum. I have followed MINERVA since the first mention of it in PC Gamer UK, checking the blog daily and playing it over and over again. Being an Acolyte, a dedicated member of the community, has been great fun and will continue to be so as more and more chapters are released.
So, my lucky day, all in all :)

Baffled - I choose to politely ignore the implications of your line of questioning, unless I am to redirect you to my signature again and the image of a wand. The format and style should be obvious to any follower of Madam Rowling's magnum opus.
Minerva - If I may ask, how do you intend us to make the most of our limited existence? I beg direction, instruction, commandment, lest I be forced plead insanity before judgement at the feet of Hades, Anubis or the wonderous Valkyrie for having wasted the opportunity presented.
I for one welcome mortality, particular its end. To live forever seems to me the greatest torment one could endure. Mortality is the only option I would bare to accept, and the knowledge of it is with me always.
What a happy coincidence that the Master habitates in such proximity. I'm estimating Ilkeston, possibly Heanor, as his precise locality.

mind oblivion...
few acolytes do. they trudge on into the blizzard of gunfire, and thier beloved masters indifference. not that i mind acolytes commiting said enlightened suicide, i as a scientist simply wish to live to see the outcome of this experiment... as i can assure you i am human, and will succumb to death at my own time. minerva however...

The end of Minerva's reign will end in time, like all those before her. Though they may seem eternal during their existence, past events indicate that the mighty must fall.
We acolytes should hold no illusions - Our Lady's existence is as transitory as our own. But, oh, what we can accomplish in our time.
