Don't forget the reboot sequence after Minerva makes her first strike on the installation in the island. If I remember correctly, in the text of the reboot sequence it states that the suit is an HEV, not combine armor. Feel free to correct me on that one if I am wrong.

I never considered that the $ofut&re nokpa't no pres-nt no li2e no deaH# no wSrldddddddddd message could be inherent to the Black Mesa OS. Even if I'm still quite sure it's related to Miss M.'s presence, I don't think I have evidence to argue with the BMOS hypothesis! However, let me say I loved those rebooting messages. Don't know why, but I think they added so much "realism"

A new interpretation of that message just hit me - it's a description of Minerva's existance. Incredibly vague and open to interpretation, of course, but then, what else could we expect?
No future - Minerva now has nothing to live for except to fight against the Combine, perhaps in vengeance.
No past - Everything Minerva once was is gone; her identity, her family, her friends, her home, her job, even her humanity has been lost/taken. No life - Being "all alone in this forsaken machine", she doesn't really have what we would consider a life.
No death - Due to what Minerva is now, she cannot die (post-human, A.I., etc.).
No world - Every place she could conceivably call home is either beyond her reach, under attack by an inter-dimensional alien military, or so alien in and of itself that Minerva cannot bring herself to call it home.
So what do we think of that? Naturally it could be interpreted many ways (humanity has no future, or Black Mesa has no future, or Perseus has no future, and so forth), but I think it's a good start. Sadly, the topic about this message has been euthanized, so I think it's fair game to either make another or continue discussion of it here.
